According to the third quarter report in 2016issued on 27th October, the company achieved operating income of 201 millionyuan, an increase of 133.55%; attributable to shareholders of listed companiesnet profit of 57.912 million yuan, an increase of 181.03%. From January toSeptember 2016, the company has achieved operating income of 593 million yuan,an increase of 112.81%; attributable to shareholders of listed companies netprofit of 153 million yuan, an increase of 128.95%. The report shows thatduring the reporting period, the company’s revenue growth mainly comes fromsales growth of lithium batteries, photovoltaic equipment.
Newly DevelopedEquipments:
1.We have successfully developed auto high speedwinding machine especially used for Tesla electric vehicle.
2.To solve the problems of bending and dust crosscontamination when winding the tabs, we have launched multi-tab winding machinewhich adopts methods of fully closed, mutual separation of electrodes andseparator film and ultra-low tension control technology. All rollers usespecial material which is light and will not generate static electricity forbetter cooperation of low tension system. And the working efficiency is 1.5 to2 times faster than similar products on the market. It improves speed whileensuring the quality.
3.Wuxi Lead has successfully developed laserpunching machine, with the anode slitting speed of 30m/min and cathode slittingspeed of 40m/min. The laser controls calculation and independent development ofoperation interface. We have also achieved breakthrough on core technicalproblems such as Ray distortion dynamic correction algorithm, circularinterpolation and synchronization algorithm, etc, which makes the Wuxi Lead aleading position in the field. Compared with other products on the market, theefficiency of the machine has been doubled while improving the stability of theperformance. The maintenance cost has dropped 50% with improved slittingquality.
